GPV-1 Complete Steering Upgrade - 3

(Prepping the Alloy Forks #0352)

 

 

The alloy forks come ready to go minus the oil. They ran 35wt in the stock ones according to the manual. I wanted something just a little softer so I went with 30wt. (Plus I had a lot of extra 30wt.)

 

You want to fill them to a level a little above the top of the internal spring.

These also add weight to the bike. Below are the weights of both the stock and the alloy ones filled with oil.

Stock Forks = 1.095oz | Alloy Forks = 1.330oz
